What’s included in the price beyond “just” optimization?

Every EKOM access plan is designed to be more than a one-off content tool:

  • Structured PDPs – Titles, descriptions, attributes, and SEO fields aligned to your rules.
  • Channel-ready data – Support for feeds and marketplace specs so products stay eligible across platforms.
  • Ongoing updates – As your catalog or taxonomy changes, EKOM keeps your PDPs and feeds in sync.
  • Governance & reporting (for Growth and Enterprise) – Visibility into catalog health and where data is missing or out of spec.

The net result: fewer manual updates, fewer disapproved products, and cleaner PDPs across your stack, all mapped back to the plan that matches your catalog size.

How do you handle multi-brand or multi-store catalogs?

That’s exactly what the Enterprise tier is for.

  • We support multiple brands, regions, or storefronts across a single or multiple platforms.
  • EKOM can pull from your PIM, DAM, or other internal systems, then standardize and sync that data out to your ecommerce platforms and channels.
  • Pricing is based on the total number of active products you’re optimizing plus any required governance, reporting, or SLA commitments.

If you’re coordinating product data across several brands or markets, we’ll design a single Enterprise agreement that covers the full footprint.

Is pricing annual or monthly? Do you offer pilots or proofs-of-concept?
  • Access plans are structured as annual agreements.
This matches how most teams plan budgets and how often product data and feeds are refreshed.
  • For qualified brands, we can support a limited-scope pilot or proof-of-concept, using a subset of your catalog to validate impact before rolling out across your full catalog.

During your demo, we’ll align on contract length, scope, and any pilot structure that makes sense for your team.

What happens if my catalog grows and I cross into another tier?

EKOM is built to scale with your catalog:

  • If your product count grows beyond your current tier, we’ll review usage and product counts with you and propose the appropriate tier.
  • You’ll never be surprise-billed because we align on your catalog size and expected optimization volume during renewal or expansion.

In practice, that usually looks like moving from SMB → Growth as your catalog and channels expand, and Growth → Enterprise once you’re managing multi-brand or PIM-driven setups.

Are there additional fees for onboarding, setup, or integrations?

It depends on your tier:

  • SMB
Typically uses lightweight onboarding with standard integrations. For simpler catalogs, setup is covered in the plan.
  • Growth
Includes assisted onboarding to connect your native integrations, configure rules, and validate your feeds.
  • Enterprise
May include custom integration work, data modeling, and governance setup, which is scoped and priced separately based on complexity.

We’ll always outline one-time implementation costs vs. ongoing annual access fees so you know exactly what you’re approving.

How does Shopify pricing relate to these Access plans?

Shopify is treated a bit differently:

  • Shopify merchants install EKOM directly from the Shopify App Store.
  • Shopify uses credit-based pricing that’s already published inside the App Store listing.
  • Credits are usage-based and don’t expire, so you only pay for the optimizations you actually run.

The Access page you’re on now is for non-Shopify and more complex catalogs (WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salsify, SalesLayer, Akeneo, Salesforce, Oracle, custom PIMs, etc.).

If you’re on Shopify, just click through to the App Store listing and follow the pricing there.

What counts as a “product” or “SKU” for pricing?

For pricing, a “product” (or PDP) is the individual product page EKOM is responsible for keeping structured and optimized.

  • A product with multiple variants (size, color, etc.) is generally treated as one PDP, as long as it’s managed as a single product in your catalog.
  • If your data model treats variants as separate products in your PIM or platform, we’ll reflect that in the product count.

We’ll confirm how your platform or PIM defines products during onboarding so your pricing lines up with reality.

What does “From $99/yr” and “From $1,999/yr” actually include?

“From” is our way of giving you a realistic starting point without pretending every catalog is identical.

  • SMB – From $99/yr
Covers a smaller catalog with standard usage and no complex custom work. It’s designed to make it easy to start optimizing without a heavy commitment.
  • Growth – From $1,999/yr
Covers a larger product count and more frequent optimization cycles, with support for additional feeds and channels.

For both tiers:

  • Final pricing is based on your catalog size, optimization volume, and any custom requirements.
  • During your demo, we map your products and feeds to a clear per-product estimate so there are no surprises.
What’s the difference between SMB, Growth, and Enterprise?

At a high level, the tiers are:

  • SMB – For early-stage and smaller teams.
Best for brands with a smaller catalog that want to get structured, optimized PDPs live without a big implementation project.
  • Growth – For scaling brands on native ecommerce platforms.
Designed for larger SMB and mid-market catalogs, where you’re managing more products, more feeds, and need more structure and automation.
  • Enterprise – For complex, multi-brand operations.
Built for 1K+ products, multiple stores or regions, PIMs, and custom data flows, with stricter SLAs, governance, and support.

If you’re not sure where you land, assume SMB for early-stage + smaller catalogs, Growth for mid-market, Enterprise for multi-brand or PIM-driven setups.

How does EKOM pricing work?

EKOM’s access plans are based on catalog size and complexity, not seats.

  • SMB and Growth use clear starting prices (“From $99/yr” and “From $1,999/yr”) that assume a baseline number of products and standard usage.
  • Enterprise is custom because larger catalogs almost always need custom rules, data sources, or governance.

Behind the scenes, everything maps back to a price per product (PDP) per year, plus any agreed implementation or support work. That keeps pricing fair as your catalog grows.
